Being a part of the Singapore Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai provides Han Cuisine with the opportunity to showcase Singapore's food culture through the artfully curated dishes. In Singapore, there are no cultural barriers when it comes to food – the multicultural population regularly dines on a vast array of national dishes. This is what Han Cuisine hopes to mirror at the Singapore Pavilion, using food to tell a story of Singapore, its people, its culture and of course, its history of food.
Han Cuisine, which obtains its ingredients from local farms that adopt sustainable farming methods, constantly strives to be eco-friendly and sustainable in their daily operations and is currently in the process of transitioning away from single-use plastic food packaging for takeaways and delivery orders, to fully recyclable and reusable packaging.
